ソースネクストで３年版ライセンスを買いましたが適用されません

ソースネクストにおいて、Dropbox Plus - 2TBの３年版のライセンスを購入し、更新を行いましたが、適用されず使用できない状況になっています。 至急ご対応を頂きたいです。 2025/04/23 36 months 適用日：2025/04/23
