デスクトップ版アプリのダウンロードに長時間かかる

こんにちは。 本日2021年12月1日にWindowsPCにDropboxのデスクトップアプリをダウンロードしようとしたのですが、インストーラーを開始後、ダウンロードが進まず、画面上には「ダウンロード中、残り〇時間以上...」の表示がでます。時間は、2時間や8時間など、見るタイミングにより変わります。前にインストールした際は、スムーズに5分もかからず終了したのですが、今回は30分以上待っても...

Dropboxデスクトップアプリのダウンロードに関しては、ご利用のデバイス・ご利用のインターネットの接続状況など様々な要因が考えられるため一概にご案内ができないのですが、これらの要因の他にウイルス対策ソフト、ファイアウォール、セキュリティ プログラム、プロキシまたは VPN が Dropbox デスクトップ アプリケーションのダウンロードをブロックしていることが原因の場合もあります。

 

これらのソフトウェアをご利用になっている場合は、Dropboxをホワイトリストに追加していただくか、Dropboxをブラックリストから削除していただみてください。
または一時的に問題のソフトウェアを無効にするかアンインストールし、引き続きトラブルシューティングを行ってください。ファイアウォールの詳細については、こちらのヘルプセンター記事をご覧ください。
