ファイルの破損

ドロップボックスに新たなファイルを追加すると0.00KBとなり表示も編集も出来ません。

ドロップボックスから出しても「ファイル形式またはファイル拡張子が正しくありません」と表示され見れません。
元に戻す方法はありますか？

    If you add a new file to the drop box, it will be 0.00KB and cannot be displayed or edited.

    Even if I put it out of the drop box, "The file format or file extension is incorrect" is displayed and I cannot see it.
    Is there a way to get it back?
