会社でexcelファイルを共有したい

質問です。

会社でexcelのファイルを共有したいのですが、同じアカウントで別のパソコンでログインしてファイルを開こうとすると、開くボタンの横に矢印が表示されないので、excelonlineでしか開くことが出来ません。

他のパソコンでexcelで開いて保存するにはどうすればいいのでしょうか。

ちなみに、開こうとしているパソコンにもexcelは入っています。

初歩的な質問かもしれませんが、ご教授お願いします。
