削除してしまったメンバーの復元

誤って削除してしまったメンバーの復元をしたいのですが、アカウント移行をしてしまっていたため歯車アイコンに「メンバー復元」が出てこず、復元できなくなってしまいました。 アカウント移行してしまった場合、もう二度と復元することはできないのでしょうか・・・？ ご存じの方教えていただきたいです。

こちらでご案内している通り、管理者が削除したメンバーのアカウントでアカウント移行をすでに実行した場合チーム メンバーを復元するオプションが表示されません。

そのため、このメンバーのアカウントを復元してすることはできません。

該当のユーザー様で、同一のアカウントIDで新しくアカウントを作成いただくようお伝えください。
