友達に紹介するが不適格になる

社内の人に紹介し登録やアプリインストール・メールアドレス確認をやってもらいましたがボーナス容量が追加されませんでした。

ステータス確認をすると不適格になっている為他にしてもらわないといけないことがあるのでしょうか？
