友達に紹介するが不適格になる

社内や家族に紹介し登録やアプリインストール・メールアドレス確認をやってもらいましたがボーナス容量が追加されませんでした。ステータス確認をすると不適格になっているのですが、その方たちは過去にDropboxの利用履歴はないので、何が問題かわかりません。 Dropboxに問合せしようにもBasicプランではメール問合せもできず困っています。どのように対応したらよいのでしようか？
