友達を紹介してもステータスが不適格になってしまう

友達を紹介してもステータスが不適格になってしまい特典が得られません。試しに複数試しましたがみんな不適格となってしまいます。

また、DropBoxを紹介した同じ職場の方やクライアントさんに、紹介リンクを送りました。パソコンにアプリをインストールしましたが、その方たちもステータスが不適格となり容量が増えません。
