容量の追加について。

今現在だと無料でドロップボックスの容量を追加する方法は何がありますか？

自分で調べてみた感じだとフェイスブックやツイッターのアカウントをフォローするなどの方法があるそうなのですが、

どうやればいいのかわかりません。
