料金請求

ベーシックで利用させていただいてますが、毎年この時期に請求がきます。今年は15,840円でした。ベーシックは有料なのでしょうか。

    Basicは無料です。このページで有料プランの一覧を紹介しています。料金からみてPlusプランかとお見受けします。

    何かメールにプランの領収書などが届いていないか確認してみてください（宛先のメールアドレスでどのメールアドレスが登録されているのか確認できます）。

     

    もしくは請求情報を記入の上サポートへご連絡ください。
