有料プランから無料プランへダウングレード

現在、Dropbox Plusを契約しています。
２TBのストレージに対して使用中の容量は1.2GBです。

今後、Dropbox上に新たなデータを追加する予定のない場合は、無料版(容量上限2GB)にダウングレードしても弊害はないものでしょうか？

    SB89 さん、こんにちは！

     

    ご契約中の加入プランをキャンセルする場合は、こちらの手順でいつでもキャンセル可能です。

    キャンセル処理が完了し、月間払いまたは年間払いでお支払いいただいた期間の最終日に Basic にダウングレードされますが、ダウングレードされますとアカウントの容量や、ご利用いただける機能が変化します。

     

    こちらでBasicぷらんについてご案内しておりますので、ご参照いただき検討ください。
