特定のフォルダのファイルに鍵マークがついて開けない

特定のフォルダのファイルがいくつかのファイルを除いて全部開けなくなりました。解決先について教えてください。

アイコンに鍵マークがついています。

ファイルを開こうとすると、以下のメッセージが表示されます。

パワーポイントの場合　「申し訳ございません。C:Users￥kenji￥dropbox￥(ファイル名).pptxを読み込めません。」

    鍵マークがついて、ファイルが開けいないということですね！
