編集ができない

この度パソコンを新しく購入しドロップボックスもインストール済です。ファイルは共有しているのですがエクセルの編集ができません。入力もできません。カーソルを合わせるとエクセルの座標軸みたいな数字が出てきます。どの様に対応したらよろしいでしょうか？パソコン初心者の為　つたない文章で申し訳ありません。

まだでしたら、

　”設定 → 個人アカウント → 規定アプリ”

より、Excel ワークブックの設定を変更してみてください
