返金して欲しいです．

無料プランが，更新手続きしていないのに，クレジットカード決済しており，解約プランのアイコンも出てこないし困っています。返金手続きしたいのですが、どうしたらいいのでしょうか？iPhone 13 pro maxでサブスクからもできません。
