plus年間プランからfamily年間プランへ変更

先日、plus年間プランからfamily年間プランへ変更しました。
plusは年間プランの支払いをしてから半年ほどしか経っておらず、familyに切り替えたら自動で差額分返金されると思っていたのですが、特に音沙汰がありません。
apple経由で課金して使っています。
この場合、plusの半年分の料金の返金はされないのでしょうか？
