Windowsのデスクトップアプリが機能しません

windows10で3年ほど使用しています。現在のDropboxアプリのバージョンは84.4.170です。最新版のデスクトップアプリを使用したいのですが、正常に起動せず困っています。 ●起こっていた症状 （１）別のPCでDropboxアプリの更新を知り、メインのPCでも使用したいと確認したところ、デスクトップアプリをクリックしても真っ白なウインドウが開くだけで、それ以上の操作ができませんでし...
