DocSend being used to impersonate me for phishing

Dropbox DocSend has allowed a bad actor to send a phishing email to hundreds, if not thousands, of email recipients, purportedly from me. I reported this to Dropbox immediately using the link in the email and received no response.

It is now 5 days later and "The Dropbox DocSend Team" sent a reminder email out.

Can you assist in stopping this?

(This is a screenshot of the text of the email, including a fraudulent email address ending in .live, which was created by the bad actor for the phishing campaign.)

Hey dlheine - thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Apart from clicking on the link to report this, have you tried getting in contact with our support team directly about this?

If so, I'd like the ticket ID so that I can look it up in our system as well.

Feel free to let me know any additional information you think might help our investigation in the meantime.
