Dropbox is very slow when I'm prepping a document with Sign.
When I am trying to prepare a document to send out to sign, drop box goes at a snails pace and just keeps loading and loading. Does anyone know how to make it work faster?

3 years agoHey short1981, how are you today?
Have you tried using a different browser altogether, or clearing the cache on your current one, and then trying again?
If not, can you give it a go, and let me know how it goes?
Thank you!

Yes I tried both of those and no luck. I am still seeing the repetitive "Preparing documents" and it never does. It just loads and loads.

Hi short1981, is it possible that the file size is too large, as the maximum supported size if 40 MB or 500 pages?
Can you also try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, and even resetting your browser entirely?

I tried incognito and got this error:
