Hey Krispulisick1, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
The steps to cancel your Dropbox Sign subscription can be found here, but can you also give us the ticket number for the communication with our support team, so we can check it out?
Thanks!

I cannot seem to cancel my Dropbox Sign subscription - I do not want to cancel my Dropbox account - only the monthly Dropbox Sign subscription so any help on how to do this is greatly appreciated.

Hi Hannah,
This does not work for me since it says that I have no billing available and I know that I do since I set up Dropbox sign last month and have paid for it so I know it exists. Is there another way to cancel this Dropbox Sign subscription?
Thanks,
KA
