I can't change my Dropbox Sign settings, as the webpage keeps refreshing.
I am having so much trouble finding a way to change the send settings for my Dropbox Sign. Whenever I head to templates and go to the upper right icon and click on settings, the page just reloads and...

I have tried both Edge and Chrome with the same result. Below is a pic of where I go to change the settings. When I click it, the page loads then goes to the same exact page.

9 months agoHey amm1625, let me also jump in here!
Out of curiosity, and for troubleshooting purposes can you also try using an incognito tab on your browser?
When did you first notice this behavior?

I can definitely try an incognito tab.
I noticed this behavior today as I have urgent documents to send. Previously, I used a different service for signatures, but switched to Dropbox Sign because it was included in my essentials plan that I already had for Dropbox.
Once I tried sending documents for signature, I realized neither the signer nor the sender (me) was receiving PDFs of the signed documents. That’s ultimately what I’m trying to change in settings.

Hey there, amm1625!
If you could try it, that'd be amazing. Thank you so much!
I would also recommend searching your inbox and junk/spam folders for an email from Dropbox Sign. Can you try that?
If this doesn't work either, I'll be happy to send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this.

I attempted in an incognito tab and the result was the same, loading and then just puts me right back on the templates home page.
I did receive an email that everyone signed, however, there was no PDF attached.
