Similar Issue. I canceled my subscription a few months ago, but I'm still getting charged monthly. I've spent too much time communicating with the chat box with zero luck and there is no email or phone number for customer service to discuss this. Very frustrating!!!!

@Nancy, it isn't for a Dropbox Sign account, just a normal Dropbox account. Sorry, just now realizing the original post is for Dropbox Sign and not just Dropbox. Any chance you can point me in the right direction?

In that case, you could try this form instead lchesnutt01
Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
Once you do this and get a ticket ID, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up in our system as well.
