4 months agoHi Yaseen2, thanks for messaging the Community.
Could you let us know what plan you're currently using when accessing Dropbox Sign?
How large are the files you're trying to upload to the site?
Any other info or screenshots, while hiding any personal information, would be helpful.

Hi Jay The file I’m trying to upload is a standard PDF, sized at 237KB. This is the same type of document I upload daily using Dropbox Sign, so there’s nothing unusual about it. I’m currently on the Essentials plan.
However, when I attempt to upload, the system just displays “Uploading File...” and doesn’t progress beyond that — it remains stuck on that message without completing the action.
I’ve also tested other PDF files and different file types, and the issue persists across all of them.

Thanks for the information, as you've already tried several troubleshooting steps, in order to look into this matter in more detail, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly while logged into your Essentials account for them to investigate further.
