Allow Users to Pause Auto Updater

Dropbox checks for new versions and updates automatically, but various partner vendors such as Boxifier may experience issues with supporting new versions (as just occurred with Boxifier).  The solution to get Boxifier working again immediately was to find an older version of Dropbox (with the help of the Dropbox Support Team), then manually disable the Dropbox Auto Updater services through Computer Manager in Windows 11.  Because this is not an isolated incident, and there is the possibility of future Dropbox updates causing individual issues on various user devices, it would be a great feature if users could revert back to the previous working version of Dropbox and disable auto updates through the settings feature in Dropbox until the issue is resolved.
