Yes, I have the exact same idea. Promotional discounts offered to me is also a key reason for me. But I could also see this being attractive simply for accounting purposes, or in case someone doesn’t want any payment to happen automatically and they’d rather pay manually, maybe to use the most advantageous credit card or just for better accounting control.
