Thank you for sharing where to find recent used IP addresses. It's a start, but it would for sure help if a notification include the IP address used for the "new login". Then the user easily can see if it is a legit login or some stranger. (In my case I see no unknown IP address.)
As always, I understand that everybody don't have control over their own IP, especially it there are connected remote services, but they usually don't pop up unexpected as "new login".
