Allow global settings for Transfer notifications
For people who use Dropbox Transfer a lot it would be helpful to have default settings that mean we are not notified when someone downloads a transfer, when a transfer is about to expire, etc etc. I do not understand why this is not an easy choice to make.
Suppress or disable notifications at the team or group level
I am requesting a feature to disable notifications for all users or even better a group of users during a change management window (CMW). As example of a change management of migrating folders from personal shares to team folder shares. My current SOP is to block email notifications from no-reply@dropbox.com during my migration window, however notifications still go through to the desktop and web app. The e-mail hold captures messages unrelated to my migration as well which I am able to release for delivery. Ideally I could scope the suppression to a group and have it automatically expire based on a preset time. This secondary feature would prevent an admin from forgetting to enable notifications again after a CMW closes. Using Dropbox Business Standard: When a user shares a folder with external users via their email, they get this pop-up: This is leading to numerous requests from users, not realizing that this is unnecessary in order to share their folder. Each requests results in a notification email, badge, and needing to deny the request. We do not want to add externals to our team at all. In our admin console, we have disabled "Members can invite people". However, they can still make these requests. Could you please provide a way to disable this popup? Thank-you!
