When creating a shared link allow for the file name to be shown -like a hyperlink- and not a URL.
In order to share a file or folder you get a url link which you have to paste it in your document or e-mail.

I know that we can see the filename as part of the URL, but it is more user friendly to see a simple understandable file name like: Annual Company Sales Q5, than two-three lines of the URL link.
We can do this manually but it's a waste of time, especially if you're sharing many files. Is there a way that we can do it now with a different paste command, like CTRL+SHIFT+V or similar ?
If not, can you propose it to the developing team for evaluations, for a next Dropbox upgrade?

There's really no way for Dropbox to do this. Every system generates a hyperlink differently. There's HTML, Markdown, and numerous other methods to create a hyperlink, many of which are proprietary to the platform you're working in.
All Dropbox can do is generate the URL for you, and it's your computer that does the copying and pasting. It would be up to either your computer, or the platform that you're pasting the link into, to format the URL as a clickable hyperlink that displays the file name instead of the raw URL.
