Making previous versions invisible to outsiders

Sometimes clients want to share videos with ancillary collaborators - for example the V4 of a project. It currently doesn't seem like there's an option to make previous versions locked or invisible so that 'outsiders' invited to see just one version cant access them. 
Would be great to add this
