Create and share templates: You can now create, save, and share structured prompt formats and company tones. ‍

Templates: When users select Write in Dash search box, they will now have the option to begin with a template. This includes the ability to select from starter templates, company templates, or a user’s own previously created template. Users can also create their own templates, edit company templates, and choose to share them broadly with their organization.

Custom tones: Dash tones transform responses into personalized content that reflect a specific writing style. The user can select from a variety of pre-defined tones or create custom tones using their own emails and other content. Custom tones can stay privatec or they can be shared with coworkers to keep communication consistent across their team. Learn more here.
