I had three devices on my Dropbox account, so having just bought a new phone I deleted the app from my old phone, but I am still told I have exceeded the number of devices. I even deleted another one, so now down to only one device using it, but I still can't use it on my phone unless I upgrade. How do I remove the unwanted device from my account? I logged in to my account online but couldn't see my devices listed. Thanks.
Hi, You should unlink the unwanted device rather than deleting the Dropbox app from it.
If you are using a phone go to dropbox app, then devices, then manage, then select the unwanted device to unlink it
