Can't connect to the app after the new version 168.4.4802 on Windows 7.

After update to Dropbox New Version 168.4.4802 unable to connecting to the internet, was on previous verion working fine but after update its not working , Error (dropbox not connecting to internet)

I’m using Windows 7
The app vr is 169.4.5684
It keep saying ( connecting ) but nothing is happening!
I can login the website normally

Apologies for the delay in response. I was out over the weekend.

 

It looks like you were able to solve your issue by installing Windows 7 SP1.

 

Regarding your ticket, it may be due to support restrictions on Dropbox Basic. If you are still having issues, let us know and we can reach out to you.

Ho disinstallato l'App e riscaricata perché non sincronizzava più i file. Dopo il download apro il programma e mi da il messaggio: Il tuo computer al momento è offline. Controlla le impostazioni di rete e non mi avvia l'App. Ovviamente il PC è connesso. Uso windows 7.  Che posso fare?

May I ask if you've installed the Windows 7 security update KB3033929 on your computer? It's needed for the Dropbox desktop app to work properly, that's why I'm asking.

In that case, you can try installing this update on your computer and then try running the Dropbox desktop app @Paola_b 

 

Let us know of any updates!

In tal caso, puoi provare a installare questo aggiornamento sul tuo computer e quindi provare a eseguire l'app desktop Dropbox @Paola_b

Puoi verificare se sul tuo computer è installato l'aggiornamento Service Pack 1 (SP1)?

 

In caso contrario, segui i passaggi qui per installarlo.

 

Se questo non aiuta con il tuo problema, dai un'occhiata alla risposta di Ben qui per i passaggi successivi.
