Dropbox Beta Mac Ventura Crashing - What to do afterward

I am running Dropbox Beta on my MacBook Pro M1 16 with Ventura 13.01.1.  Dropbox frequently crashes when the Mac wakes up from sleep.  When Dropbox restarts, it thinks for a minute and then shows the error "can't sync".   For a long time the only way I could get Dropbox syncing again was to reboot.  Today I discovered that if I went into Activity Monitor and force quit DropboxFileProvider before restarting Dropbox then it was able to resume syncing.

Folks from Dropbox please pass this on to the development team.
