Passwords is not populating my logon credentials for this web site.  I don't seem to have issues with any others...just this one.  Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about this, @Denver1.

Are you still having this issue?

Are you using the Dropbox Passwords app or the browser extension?

Have you tried removing this website from Passwords and re-adding it, to see if that helps?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

I am using the browser extension.  Yes, I have removed the website from Passwords and re-added it.  Actually, I deleted the entire account for that website, closed browser, opened browser, re-added account to Passwords.  No luck.  Any other ideas?

Hi @Denver1, I hope you're doing well!

Which browser & platform are you encountering the problem on?

Hey @Denver1, thanks for clarifying!

Can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?

I appreciate the effort, but not sure I am comfortable allowing access to my computer.  Was kinda just hoping there was some kind of un-install & re-install type option?

Hey @Denver1, opening a ticket/email won’t give us visibility over your computer. We’ll just be able to see details on your Dropbox account (not the passwords you've saved though), and check if there’s something else we can try to resolve this.

If you’re OK with that, we can message you to the email address showing on this page.
