Hi all.
Am new here. I have just installed Dropbox on my Windows 10. When the box opens part of the top section is hidden at the top of the page!! I cannot see the full box menu or move it. Please help. Thanks,

Hello Mark.
It must be the latest as I downloaded it today.
I cannot see the top toolbar to look for "about"
but the Icon on the windows bottom toolbar shows 183.4.7058.
Does that help?

Hi @Sharkman, it'll sound trivial, but have you restarted your device at all?
Also, can you send me another full screenshot of how the top part of the menu is showing?

Today I removed Dropbox, shut down and restarted pc, went to dropbox website and installed it again from scratch.
I still cannot see the menubar and now my files are not showing either.
See screen shot.

I followed all the Advanced Reinstall instructions to the dot and still get the same problems! 😕
No Menu Bar and no files showing! 😟
This is driving me nuts.

Hi @Sharkman, are you using more than one monitor on your machine? Do you have any custom DPI settings for your monitor?
