Please provide a help topic for solving this problem on your web page.   Steps to fix. 

Window Settings | Accessability | Magnifier | change Zoom level to 100% | save changes

Restart the computer

 

----------------Why you should post this topic in your help website -------

Note first Dropbox chat person who gave suggestions did not tell me to restart the computer and had me set up a 2nd admin account with no email.

Geek squad was not able to solve problem

What you describe would depend more on your device’s OS than the Dropbox app. 

 

However, I’ve passed this to our team as feedback, so that they can check your suggestion.
