When I try to install the new Dropbox version, the installer hangs after I've logged in. What's wrong, and how do I fix it?

My understanding is that you're referring to the desktop app, correct?

 

If yes, can you clarify the OS version of your computer? 

 

I’d also like a screenshot of what you see, right before the installer hangs. 

 

Give me a nudge, when you’ve got more info.
