I can't find the round Dropbox icon

Hello everyone,

I have the following issue: after I just start my subscription I followed the steps to install the app for Mac. Because I had used Dropbox before I knew about the desktop app, well this app is not installing, I don't see the round Dropbox app icon. I can only access via top bar menu and the Dropbox folder via Finder. I reach out to chat customer support, even tho I don't know how because is Saturday, and they suggest to follow the advanced reinstall steps via this link: https://help.dropbox.com/it-it/installs/advanced-reinstall which I did, with no good result. 

How can I successfully install the Dropobox Desktop app?

(I'm using M2 Mac with Ventura 13.4)

Hope to hear back from anyone having the same issue and came to a turning point guide.

Hi @MikeLoMike, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you clarify what you mean by the round Dropbox icon? 

To access the app itself, you need to click the menu bar icon once, which is what you described already, no I'm not certain what other info or features you're expecting.

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

All sorted Jay,

I thought that the application that Dropbox used on phones and pads is the same for the pc. It was like that, but now is an old interface. 

I really liked that interface, but is no longer in use, well, I've to get used to the new stuff.
