Hey @anonymous, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you having this issue with the browser extension or the Passwords mobile app?

And is it the first time you're using Passwords on the particular device?

Keep me posted and we'll go from there.

I am having a problem with password mobile app. No, this is not a first time. I use same device(Samsung Note 10) every time but there was only one time I used Samsung A9 device which was my business device. Is there something wrong with VPN while using the password mobile app? My default browser is chrome app. I tried Firefox browser instead of Chrome. While I am using with Firefox, the error message receives which is (302 Found The resource was found at db-h7jedxpzkl1q5m6://1/connect?oauth_token=oauth2:&oauth_token_secret=54aoJ2XuM20AAAAAAAAAATIZkfMlAys70AOTxHckuoH_NLmlRAVnf-rjRecAI5RY&uid=427185579&state=oauth2%3Afd0575b2659029a175b71f3e5d07d5ce; you should be redirected automatically).

Hey @anonymous, sorry to jump in here.

I'm sorry to ask but I'm slightly confused; are you using the mobile Dropbox Passwords app or a web browser and the Dropbox Passwords browser extension?

Could you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

Have you cleared your browser's cookies at all lately and did you try another wifi network or doing this via cellular data?

Hi @Walter, I am using mobile dropbox password app. I don't use Dropbox password browser extension for autofill password. I only store my private data. I always clear my history, cookies etc. My default browser is chrome. I tried different WiFi and cellular network. The error is the same. Where can I send screenshot? In this reply box, there is no sending option.

Hi @anonymous, if you try to reply back to us from a computer, you should be seeing a little camera-like icon that will allow you to attach your screenshot back to us.

Can you try that? It'd be super helpful for us to have a visual. Thanks!

Hey @anonymous, may I ask what plan are you on and on how many devices and web browsers you're using Dropbox Passwords?

If you're on the Basic plan, there's a device limit you might be hitting, that's why I'm asking.

Out of curiosity, are you able to use the Dropbox Passwords browser extension on any of your web browsers?

Could you try installing the Dropbox mobile app on your device and sign in there @anonymous?

If you're signed into the mobile app, you should be automatically signed in on Dropbox Passwords too.
