Hi @mizoguchi, welcome to our Community!

Is it possible that you're logged into the wrong Dropbox account on your new device, and hence why you can't see your files?

Can you let me know the app's precise syncing status, just for us to check if it's up to date or not?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi @mizoguchi, can you let me know if you've managed to download, and install the desktop app on the new device?

If so, could you hover your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your task bar, next to your WiFi, and let me know the version you're using along with the app's syncing status?

Have you resolved it?

After I logged in from a third device two days back, I couldn't see all my folders and files, despite the fact I used them just before that. I have been using Dropbox since 2016 and have never faced such an issue. I can't even find them in the deleted folder. It's urgent, please help.

Hey @piyushdhir1981, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your files.

Can you make sure that you've logged in to this device with the correct account?

If you check your other connected devices, do you see the same email address as the one you used for this one?
