My Dropbox application is stuck on "Syncing". I am on Windows 11 Professional Edition (Build 22631) (64-bit) (Release ID 23H2). I have tried restarting, logging out and back in, reinstalling Dropbox, deleting registry items, and unlinking/linking the computer. My Dropbox application version is old, and it will not update from 198.4.7615.
Others at my office have Dropbox version 199.4.6287 and are not experiencing this issue.
Please advise.
