Access to shared folder with Dropbox+

Access to shared folder with Dropbox+

Just want to see if this is possible before I upgrade.

Basically I want to upgrade to Dropbox+.  I want to have ppl be able to share files with me via submission form on my Squarespace website.  These files would then go to a Dropbox folder of my choosing, I am pretty sure I know how to set this part up.  What I'm wondering is can I make the folder and those files shareable to anyone?  Say I want to let 30 people have access to this folder and as long as they have the link to the folder, they can go in and download any files in there to their own computer and use them as needed.   A. Is this doable on this plan? B. Would they need to have dropbox themselves to do this?  C. Is the Squarespace part where I gather files via resume submission and have them saved to a folder of my choosing in Dropbox - I know how to set it up but is it something that this level of subscription will allow?  D. I could set it up where the files in this folder are pretty much available to the public, as long as you have the link bookmarked and anyone who ahs the link can just go in any time, see what files are in there and take wha they need (this is what I want) OR I could make it so that folder I can give ppl access to on a one off basis just by entering their email or something?  Thanks very much!

Hey @Synergy1411, thanks for posting to our Community!

Dropbox Plus definitely gives you enough space to add files and folders and share them with other people.

You can use our shared link feature to share your folder with whoever you want and anyone with the link will be able to access the contents.

This way, your recipients won't need a Dropbox subscription or even a Dropbox account to access the files.

You can see how to share a can-view link that will help you accomplish this, here.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
