Bypassing logging in when accessing shared links

I'm trying to share link to a video so others can share that link and enable others to see the video without logging in

If you send them a view-only shared link they don't need to log in. They may be prompted to create an account or log in to an existing one, but they can simply close the window to continue to the content.
