I seem to be experiencing a Error 404 on all file request url links under my business account, I have switched to my personal account and created a new test folder and am encountering the same issue also when making a new link. I've double checked all usual listed causes of this. Is there something I could be missing or is this a wider issue at the moment (has only occurred in the last 45 minutes or so). I've used the platform for a while without issue so I'm 90% sure it's not user error!

This has just occurred for me. File request links which worked two days ago now get redirected to a File 404 page. I tried creating a new one and I get the same result. Is there a Dropbox system outage?
Hey @johnstreet & @drgrigg - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
May I ask if this is affecting only your file requests or shared links as well?
I'm just wondering if your shared links have been banned, that's why I'm asking.

Thank you for asking... when I "Copy Dropbox Link" from my MacOS Finder and paste the link into an icognito browser, everything works as expected... so I think that I am not having problems with shared links.

I am also having this same problem, file requests that have worked for over a year are now going to a 404 error page
I am getting the same thing. Whether an existing File Request or a new one. Everyone is getting a 404 error.
