Folder available online but invisible on Mac Desktop

Folder available online but invisible on Mac Desktop

MartinLo

Hello,

Following a misstep, I deleted a folder from Dropbox out of my Mac Desktop.

I was able to recover the folder through the Dropbox website, but now, the folder has disappeared from my Mac Desktop completely. Other people from my Dropbox team still have access to this folder on their desktops.

How can I make sure that it is visible and accessible through my desktop?

Thank you!

Hi @MartinLo , thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Is the Dropbox desktop application running and syncing normally? When you click the icon in the menu bar, what message appears on the bottom left?

Is it possible that you've used selective sync to prevent the entire folder from syncing to your machine?

This will help me to assist further!
