How can I just send an Email (or a message, whatever, some text) to all the members of a DropBox group. I don't want to share a folder or a file: the folder is already shared. I just want to send an email (a text or whatever) to all the members of the shared folder.

Dropbox doesn't have that capability. You need to email them yourself using your own mail client.
