Granting Access & Adding Users

Granting Access & Adding Users

Hello,

I was wondering if granting access to a user to access my dropbox will add them onto my plan, therefore charging me more.

I've had this happen in the past where I've granted access to a user, rather than just sharing a link, and have had their account/access permission (?) added onto my bill.

Please let me know if this is normal. thanks.

Hi there @Jodiep, could you clarify what plan you're on at the moment and also what you mean by granting access to a user to access your Dropbox?

Are you referring to a shared folder perhaps or sharing the same credentials perhaps?

Any additional information is more than welcome!
