How do I share all files and folders at once?
I am uploading photos to a dozen different folders and subfolders. I need to give access to two people where they can see all of them and download what they need. How do they access it all without my sharing each folder separately? Can they sign in to my account with the password as though they were me? This would be the easiest for us all but they would have to put in my email address and password and it seems like Dropbox wouldn't like that. Please advise! Thank you.
Hey NancyTheSpeedy, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community.
I would definitely not recommend sharing your email address and password, so others can access your Dropbox, for security reasons.
But what you could do is move all your folders inside one parent folder and then share a link to that one.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you, Hannah. I will consider your suggestion but I'm wondering if there are any other options as well. If so, I would like to know what they might be.
Thanks again.

Without moving all of your current files and folders into a new folder to share, there are no other options. It's not possible to share everything in your account at once, short of sharing your username and password, which as Hannah mentioned is NOT recommended and is also a violation of the Dropbox Terms of Service.
The best solution is to move your files into a common folder, then share that folder, either as a shared folder or with a shared link.

OK, just needed to know. Thank you both.
