How to remove someone from all shares

Hi, I have a former employee with whom I shared many folders and files. I want to remove her from all shares. I'm not sure how I could even find all the files and folders that she had access to. Is there any way to remove her from all shares? If not, any suggestions as to the most efficient way to do this?

You need to remove them from each share individually.
