Is it possible to use Dropbox as a client portal?

Could you clarify exactly what you mean by a portal, and how it would work for a client?
Are you referring to something like a file request link where users can upload documents to your Dropbox account?
This will help me to assist further!

So the clients have thier own login to the portal, they can only access the companies that we give them access to and they would upload thier documents into the file called 'Files from Client', we would then get a notificaiton that the client has uploaded documents and we login to download them. Redacted pictures attached, Capture 1 is the root files, Capture 2 is the uploaded documents.
