Hello, I have a Mac the person I shared a file has Windows. When he tries opening shared files he can't, he says when he clicks of the file it has the web sign and doesn't open.

T/hank you

What type of files? Does he have a suitable program to open them?

PDF files. He has Windows, but he doesn't have issues opening shared files from other people, just mines.

Hey @madman73, I hope you're doing well!

What steps did you follow on your end, in order to share the file with the other person?

I'm trying to identify if you used a shared link, shared the file directly or if you did it using a different method.

Also, when the person is re-directed to the web, what do they see there?

Let me know more!
